MODERN CALLIGRAPHY FOR BEGINNERS
Learn how to create beautiful art with brush pen lettering. Practice basic strokes, learn how to properly use brush pens and how to join letters to write the alphabet. This expressive style allows for individual style and flair. By the end of the class you will have a great foundation to create gifts, cards, artwork, and more. All materials provided.

INTRODUCTION TO DIGITAL ART WITH PROCREATE 2 weeks
Discover the world of digital art in our introductory workshop using Procreate; the iPad app. “Procreate has everything you need to create expressive sketches, rich paintings, gorgeous illustrations and beautiful animations.“ Perfect for beginners, this course will guide you through the basics of digital illustration, provide a hands-on experience and teach essential skills to kickstart your journey into the digital art realm. You’ll be introduced to the Procreate interface and tools, and learn basic drawing and painting techniques on the iPad. You’ll understand layers, brushes, and digital canvas manipulation. Experience practical exercises to put your newfound skills to use. Please bring your Apple iPad with the Procreate app installed, and an Apple Pencil/Stylus.

Don’t have space to create at home? Take advantage of Bravo’s Beech Street Studio creative space. Our tables and easels provide plenty of room for you to spread out to work.
Bring your unfinished projects and work in Bravo's studio. We may (or may not) provide guidance, suggestions, opinions or simply provide you a place to work. Work on your painting, drawing, mosaic, weaving, collage, mixed media, printmaking, etc. Bring your own supplies. Stay as long as you like. Advanced reservations are required.
Only $10 an hour. Pay by the hour.
