FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I register for a workshop?

We have multiple ways to register for workshops at Bravo School of Art.

Do I have to register before I come or can I just show up?

Yes. You do have to register before attending a workshop. It is best to register at least one week before the scheduled workshop date. You are not really registered until you have paid for the workshop. If it is less than a week before the workshop or even the same day, please call to confirm whether there is room for you in the class or not. If enrollment goals are not met, we may have to cancel the workshop. If you just show up you are taking a chance that either the workshop is filled or has been canceled. Also, most of the instructors provide the supplies for each student and may not be prepared for last minute students.

I thought I registered online but was not asked for my credit card information nor did I receive a confirmation. What happened?

One of two things may have occured. 1) If you are enrolling using a mobile device, you may have pop-up windows blocked. Unblocking pop-up windows may resolve this. OR 2) If you are enrolling using a computer (a better way) look in the top right of your screen where you may see your cart. Click on it and proceed from there. If you still have a problem, please call us or send an email.

What are your business hours?

From Wednesday through Sunday, we try to be in the studio between 12pm and 6pm. Please call first to be sure that we are in and available to see you.
