Ages 7 - 14 | 6 weeks | Instructor Marjorie Pezzoli

For six fun weeks, published poet and artist, Marjorie Pezzoli will lead your creative child through explorations of color, shape and word design. They will improve basic drawing and painting skills while working with color, texture, graphic design, and poetic words. There will be ample time to practice shapes, shading, complimentary colors as they Illustrate their names and the letters of their initials as Illuminated Letters. They will learn Freeform Haiku and Micro-poetry. Young artists will create large abstract paintings that will be cut up into smaller pieces to be used as background for their poems and as design components for collage work, illustrated names and illuminated letters. A book of their poetry and artwork will completed.
