If you wish to drop-in or register less than one week before the scheduled class, please call or email to verify that there is room for you in the class, that enrollment goals have been met and the class will take place.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
BRAVO SCHOOL OF ART reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment goals are not met. If a course is canceled, students may transfer to another date or accept a full refund. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks from the date of cancellation. Membership fees are non-refundable.
BRAVO SCHOOL OF ART is not responsible for providing makeup classes or issuing refunds to students who miss classes due to illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.*
STUDENT INITIATED CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Refunds, credit of fees or transfers to a different date will be given to students unable to attend a class ONLY when the request is made one week prior.* There is a $25 administrative fee for ALL student initiated refunds, credit of fees and transfers, and, will be deducted from your refund or credit. There will be no refunds, credit of fees or transfers to another class for last minute cancellations. While we understand that circumstances can arise causing a change in your plans, we must adhere to a business policy. Because it is difficult for Bravo School of Art to favor one individual situation or circumstance over another, we must adhere to our policy in all situations and can not make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
*because of Covid-19, if you are ill and unable to attend a class, please notify us as soon as you can and, case by case, we will try to accommodate you.
