CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
PLEASE REGISTER AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE
If you wish to drop-in or register less than one week before the scheduled workshop, please call or email to verify that enrollment has been met and the workshop will take place.
BRAVO SCHOOL OF ART reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment goals are not met. If a course is canceled, students may transfer to another date or accept a full refund. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks from the date of cancellation. Membership fees are non-refundable.
BRAVO SCHOOL OF ART is not responsible for providing makeup workshops or issuing refunds to students who miss classes due to illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
STUDENT INITIATED CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Refunds, credit of fees or transfers to another workshop will be given to students unable to attend a workshop ONLY when the request is made one week prior. There is a $10 administrative fee for ALL student initiated refunds, credit of fees and transfers. There will be no refunds, credit of fees or transfers to another workshop for last minute cancellations. While we understand that circumstances can arise causing a change in your plans, we must adhere to a business policy. Because it is impossible for Bravo School of Art to favor one individual situation or circumstance over another, we must adhere to our policy in all situations and can make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
LOCATION
BRAVO SCHOOL OF ART is located on the second floor of the newly restored Barracks 19 in the NTC at Liberty Station's Arts and Cultural District in Point Loma, near the San Diego Airport. This is the former Naval Training Center, San Diego. The studio is accessible by stairs or elevator.
